Digital service — no physical shipping
MedCounter is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods shipped. The Service is delivered entirely online through the MedCounter mobile app (available on Google Play) and the web dashboard at app.medcounter.in.
How and when access is delivered
- Access to the Service is granted immediately once your account is created and your subscription payment is confirmed.
- You use the Service by signing in to the MedCounter app or web dashboard with your account — there is nothing to ship, install media for, or wait to receive in the post.
- If for any reason your access is not active after a successful payment, email support@medcounter.in and we will resolve it promptly.
